DayOS ("we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We do not track your GPS location.

• Account information: Your email address and display name when you create an account.
• Your routine: Your daily plan, weekly schedule, check-offs, focus sessions, and assistant preferences you save in the app.
• Feedback: Messages you choose to send through the in-app feedback form.
• Calendar (optional): Only if you turn on calendar import — we use event titles and times on your device to show meetings next to your routine.
• Notifications (optional): Only if you allow them — reminders for your scheduled blocks stay on your device.

How we use your information

• Save and show your routine in the app.
• Keep your routine in sync when you are signed in on more than one device.
• Send reminders you turn on for your schedule.
• Sign you in securely and keep your account working.
• Use feedback you send to help improve the app (we do not share your private messages publicly).

Where your data is stored

When you are signed in, your routine and account data are saved securely online and linked to your account, so you can sign back in and pick up where you left off. Only you can access your routine data through your account.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and your saved routine, schedule, progress, focus history, and feedback from our systems. This cannot be undone.

Services we rely on

We use established app store and cloud services so DayOS can run, stay updated, and back up your data when you are signed in. We do not sell your personal information.

Children's privacy

DayOS is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version at the same link and update the date at the top of this page.
